DDO’s Top RoseRock Bottling

The Coveted “Zephirine”

Arrives Next Month

Domaine Drouhin Oregon is one of the landmark names in Willamette Pinot.  They were the original “French import,” long before Meo-Camuzet, Jadot or Liger-Belair thought the region was worth investing in and they’ve been an important player ever since.  While they’re best known for their bottlings off of their original vineyard in the Dundee Hills, their “RoseRock” estate in the Eola-Hills has quietly been making some of the best wines in the DDO portfolio over the last few years.

Known for crafting some of the Northern Rhone’s most powerful wines, Delas is a signature producer in a region with no shortage of legendary names. It is thanks to their significant holdings throughout the region that allow Delas to not only produce some of the region’s finest expressions, including their Hermitage Les Bessards, but also some of its best values. Wines like the St Joseph Francois de Tournon and Chante Perdrix Cornas prove that world-class Northern Rhone wines don’t necessarily have to break the bank.

Case-12 The Calling Cabernet Sauvignon, Alexander Valley 2016 750ML ($359.95) $199 special (that’s only $16.58/bottle!)
Winery Note
“This full-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon presents blackberry and plum aromatics typical of the Alexander Valley.
