Le Domaine d’Henri Chablis

Le Domaine d’Henri is a new producer with an old heritage.  Michel Laroche has ancestors who farmed grapes in Chablis going back to the 17th century but formed this star producer only(after selling his interest in the Domaine Laroche in 2010.  Named after his father, Henri, Michel kept only the oldest, most treasured vines in Fourchaume and some village level vineyards, aiming to have a small, family business that focuses on farming and winemaking on an intimate scale.

Beaux Freres Weekend Flash Sale
Beaux Freres is one of the Great Names in Oregon wine—one of the wineries that helped put the Willamette Valley on the map.  Big, rich wines with lots of character (plus a familial relation to the Mayor of Monkton) mean that these wines were some of the earliest sought-after wines from our corner of the wine world.  They continue to make excellent wines and we’re excited to offer them to you at pricing that’s more exceptional than usual—but just for the rest of the weekend.

2015 Brovia Barolo

It’s remarkable that even as Brovia’s star is rising in the echelons of Barolo, prices have yet to seriously escalate for these wines. They stand with any producer’s collection of Baroli and yet are priced below many ‘name’ producers that are making wines of less character and interest.  For traditionally made Barolo, these are some of the best wines you can buy (at any price, really, but especially for the price).
