Valentine’s Day: Romance is in the Bottle

Valentine’s Day is can be a bit of a challenge, wine-wise.  You’re trying to drink things that make your better half happy.  The goal is to drink things that are both delicious and refreshing—no one wants to feel too out of it after dinner.  For this, we like to drink bubbly during the meal (it’s festive!) and then go with a dessert wine instead of making one from scratch, so we figured that’s what we’d highlight today.
