New Scott Paul Restocks!

The Great Scott Paul Selloff continues—we’re blowing through a mountain of these very discounted wines and have new wine arriving every week. These are some incredibly well made Willamette Valley wines (either by Kelley Fox or, after 2014, Ian Burch) that are now at hard-to-believe prices.  From their value label, “Wildstock,” to their single vineyard and prestige cuvee bottlings, all are discounted heavily from their original prices.

King of (More Than) Cornas

New Releases from Vincent Paris

It’s pretty clear that Vincent Paris is the next “it” winemaker in the Northern Rhone.  Working primarily in Cornas, the wines have everything we love about Northern Rhone Syrah packaged in a clean, direct style.  He has the benefit of incredible vineyard material, too, as he now works the vineyards his uncle, Robert Michel, made famous.

“Like the white, the 2017 Coteaux d’Aix en Provence Rosé (30% Grenache, 28% Syrah, 23% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Cinsault, and the rest Rolle, Carignan, and Counoise) has a beautiful saltiness that makes your mouth water.
