“Marc Colin”
Founded in 1970 by Marc and Michele Colin, Domaine Marc Colin now spans 26 appellations in St. Aubin, Chassagne, Puligny, and Santenay. Some of the oldest parcels have been in the Colin family for more than 100 years. While the family does own prime territory in Chassagne, home base in St. Aubin features parcels of the very best vineyards, En Remilly and Chatenière, to name a few. These vineyards accrue prestige due to their sloped location; while much of St. Aubin resides on flat ground (rendering less interesting wines) the Colin properties are all situated on finely pitched hillsides. The resulting wines shimmer with savory minerality and luster.
Marc Colin Bourgogne Aligote 2021 750ml $34.95 special, 48 bottles available Marc Colin Bourgogne Blanc 2020 750ml $39 special, 36+ bottles availableWine Advocate “The 2020 Bourgogne Chardonnay offers up aromas of honeyed orchard fruit, white flowers, citrus zest and freshly baked bread. Medium to full-bodied, ample and seamless, it’s a bright, charming wine that will drink well on release.” Marc Colin Bourgogne Blanc 2021 750ml $41.90 special, 12 bottles availableWine Advocate “Notes of citrus oil, white flowers and crisp green apple preface the 2021 Bourgogne Chardonnay, a medium-bodied, racy and incisive wine that exhibits more cut and tension than the last handful of vintages.” Marc Colin Chassagne-Montrachet Village Blanc 2020 750ml $89 special, 12 bottles available Marc Colin Chassagne-Montrachet Village Blanc 2021 $89 special, 12 bottles available Marc Colin Chassagne-Montrachet 1er Vide Bourse 2020 750ml $119 special, 3 bottles availableWine Advocate 93-95 “The 2020 Chassagne-Montrachet 1er Cru Vide Bourse is another highlight, wafting from the glass with aromas of citrus oil, white flowers, pear and frangipane. Medium to full-bodied, satiny and layered, it’s rich but tensile, its enveloping core of fruit girdled by racy acids and chalky structuring extract. It’s the finest Vide Bourse I can remember tasting chez Colin.” Marc Colin Chassagne-Montrachet 1er Vide Bourse 2021 750ml $119 special, 6 bottles availableWine Advocate 91-93 Points “Aromas of orange oil, peach, white flowers and buttery pastry introduce the 2021 Chassagne-Montrachet 1er Cru Vide Bourse, a medium to full-bodied, ample and textural wine that’s layered, seamless and saline, but which can’t quite match the cut and tension of the Cailleret this year.” Marc Colin Chassagne-Montrachet 1er Vide Bourse 2021 $119 special, 6 bottles availableWine Advocate 91-93 Points “Aromas of orange oil, peach, white flowers and buttery pastry introduce the 2021 Chassagne-Montrachet 1er Cru Vide Bourse, a medium to full-bodied, ample and textural wine that’s layered, seamless and saline, but which can’t quite match the cut and tension of the Cailleret this year.” Marc Colin St Aubin 1er Cru Cuvee 5c 2021 750ml $79 special, 12 bottles available Marc Colin St Aubin 1er En Montceau 2021 750ml $89 special, 12 bottles availableWine Advocate 91-93 Points “The 2021 Saint-Aubin 1er Cru En Montceau has also turned out beautifully, delivering aromas of pear, crisp green apple, clear honey, mint and iodine, followed by a medium to full-bodied, satiny and seamless palate. Racy and incisive, it’s a pure, elegant wine that will offer a broad drinking window.”

Caballus Cellars Pinot Noir WV 2014 750ml $79 special, 36 bottles availableWine Enthusiast 95 Points “Co-winemakers Véronique Drouhin-Boss and Isabelle Dutartre call this “the story of our friendship in a bottle,” and what a fine bottle it is. It’s a full throttle wine, thoroughly expressing the richness and power of the best Oregon Pinot Noirs. Dense and detailed around potent black cherry fruit, it extends itself with lovely threads of toast and coffee, from fermentation with native yeasts, and aging in roughly one-third new French oak.”

Daniel Landi Las Uvas De La Ira 2018 750ml WAS $39 NOW $31.90 special, 36+ bottles availableWine Advocate 93 Points “The red 2018 Las Uvas de la Ira has been produced with Garnacha from the same five vineyards since the initial vintage (2012) in the village of El Real de San Vicente, which is one of the villages from Méntrida (Toledo) that are part of the Gredos Mountains. The vines range between 40 and 65 years of age, and they are located at around 750 meters in altitude on sandy granite soils with lots of silt. The different vineyards are fermented separately in oak vats with indigenous yeasts and a very gentle vinification, one-third with very long macerations to provide structure and depth, one-third with a very short maceration to provide fragrance, and the remaining third finished the fermentation without skins (like a white) to add juiciness. The élevage is in oak foudres of different sizes, from 1,500 to 4,000 liters. This is a little less aromatic and more austere but very focused and bright, from a village where the wines are serious and have a chalky texture, less floral but more citrus, a bit more backward. It has a compact palate, with very fine tannins and a more chalky finish. It’s interesting to taste it next to wines from other villages, as you clearly see the difference.”

Fattoria Luiano CC Ottantuno 2015 750ml WAS $59 NOW $49 special, 26 bottles availableWine Spectator 95 Points “Heady aromas of kirsch, black cherry, violet, tar and iron signal this firm, dense red. Creates fine tension between the ripe, sweet fruit and bitter, savory elements, finding balance as this plays out on the long finish.”
La Fortuna Brunello Di Montalcino 2017 750ml WAS $59 NOW $49 special, 35 bottles availableWine Advocate 93 Points “The mid-weight 2017 Brunello di Montalcino shows a smooth approach with cherry fruit and cassis. No part of this wine is overblown, and in fact, this Brunello maintains a silky personality overall. The alcohol is high at 15% in this hot vintage, although it feels relatively well tucked into the subtle fiber of this accessible Brunello. Production is 30,000 bottles.” La Gerla Brunello Riserva Gli Angeli 2015 750ml WAS $99 NOW $89 special, 25 bottles availableWine Spectator 96 Points “Rich and round, here is a red full of macerated plum and cherry flavors, with almond, leather, spice and earth accents. Firms up on the finish, where the vibrant fruit echoes.”
Kellerei Kaltern Quintessenz Classico Superiore 2017 750ml WAS $16 NOW $11.90 Special, 29 bottles availableVinous 91 Points “Bright red. Spicy herbal red berries and flinty red cherry on the nose, then brisk and easygoing in the mouth, with smooth flavors and a hint of peppery bite on the long back end. Not the last word in complexity but juicy and full of early appeal. Try it lightly chilled.” Kellerei Kaltern Saleit Chardonnay 2018 750ml WAS $16 NOW $11.90 Special, 24 bottles available

Leitz Rudesheimer Klosterlay Riesling Kabinett 2018 750ml WAS $24 NOW $19, 16 bottles availableWine Advocate “The first Rieslings of the very dry and warm as well as early 2018 vintage are also promising and stunningly precise and elegant due to the conditions of the vintage that brought nothing but perfectly ripe and healthy grapes. Leitz pressed the grapes in fractions, so he was able to keep the acidity fine and fresh even though it is naturally lower than in 2017… Doubtlessly, Leitz is one of the region’s best Riesling producers. Having said that, he is also one of the best Riesling ambassadors in the wine world, with regular tastings in the US as well as in Norway, two of his most important export markets.” Leitz Magdelenenkreuz Riesling Spatlese 2018 750ml WAS $26 NOW $21.90, 11 bottles availableImporter Note “Further east and upstream of the Klosterlay is the Magdalenenkreuz. The name translates to “the cross of Mary Magdalene,” named after a red sandstone cross that can be found amongst the vines. Here the soils are comprised of sandy loam—fatter and ideal for ripe expression; the riesling grown here is always textured, opulent and forward. Though the wine is of Spätlese quality it perceivably drinks more like a Kabinett.” Loewen Thornicher Ritsch Riesling Auslese 2018 750ml WAS $44 NOW $36, 17 bottles availableMosel Fine Wines 94 Points “The 2018er Thörnicher Ritsch Riesling Auslese was made from almost fully clean fruit harvested at 95° Oechsle and was fermented down to fully sweet levels of residual sugar. The wine offers a rather discreet and herbal nose where the fruity elements (including pear, lemon, starfruit, passion fruit and a hint of coconut) only gradually emerge from the glass. The wine may still be on the sweet side on the palate, but it already shows beautifully alluring and multi-layered flavors of pear, lemon, melon, lemoncello and coconut, all wrapped into some apricot blossom in the finish. This is a ripe but complex sweet wine in the making.”
Karlsmuhle Kaseler Nies’ Chen Auslese LGC 17 750ml WAS $41.90 NOW $33 special, 22 bottles availableJames Suckling 93 Points “Stand back as this riesling fireball arrives! Full of energy with a dynamic interplay of citrusy acidity and aromatic sweetness, which ranges from peaches and blackcurrants to mint. With more length, this would have been rated even higher. Drink or hold.” Karlsmuhle Kaseler Nies’chen Kabinett 2019 750ml WAS $19 NOW $16 special, 33 bottles available Karlsmuhle Lorenzhofer TBA 2007 375ml WAS $119 NOW $99, 22 bottles available93+ Points Wine Advocate “…Dried peach, apricot, and date mingle with quince preserves, licorice and further suggestions of herbal concentrate both on the nose and palate. While impressively viscous, this preserves a welcome lightness of touch and vivacity illustrative of the best aspects of the vintage, and its residual sugar is remarkably restrained in expression…”
Korrell Paradies Riesling Trocken Nahe 2017 3L WAS $179 NOW $149 special, 3 bottles availableGrapelive 94 Points “The radiant and graceful Korrell Paradies Trocken leads with expressive pure apple tones. [It] impresses for its elegance and subtle character. It’s a wine of great poise and delicacy, especially admirable for such a young Riesling. The monopole estate vineyard, Paradies, is the oldest single site Korrell has and is the flagship wine from winemaker Martin Korrell.” Korrell Von Den Grossen Lagen Ries Trocken Nahe 2017 750ml WAS $33 NOW $29 special, 36 bottles availableJames Suckling 94 Points “What a beautiful nose of leaves and white flowers, dripping after rain. With aeration, peach, nectarine and mandarin-orange notes emerge. Concentrated, racy and very polished, this is a stunning dry riesling with a long, mineral finish. Drink or hold. Screw cap.”
Kruger-Rumpf Abtei “1937” Riesling (Reserv) 2018 750ml WAS $39 NOW $33 special, 36+ bottles availableGrapelive 94-96 Points “The 2018 barrel sample of Kruger-Rumpf’s Abtei 1937 was stunningly gorgeous with brilliant details, ripe extract density, vivid mineral tones and vibrant acidity showing a purity and vitality of youth, but with the complexity and length of its old vine material. Georg Rumpf has crafted a Trocken beauty here with layers of delicacy and substance. This juice is on par with almost any GG, making it an incredible value already.”

Winery Note “Grenache , Clairette, Cinsault. 13.5% alc. Certified Organic. Over 100 years old, the Tête de Cuvée was the first wine to be made by the Château starting in 1915 by the Brothers of the Holy Family and is still made in the traditional way; Grapes are destemmed, crushed and cold-soaked for 24-48 hours before pressing, native yeast fermentation for 15 days.“
La Chablisienne Les Clos Chablis 2018 WAS $69 NOW $59 special, 21 bottles available Le Guide Hachette “The Chablis Grand Cru are complete wines, with strong personality, and never cease improving with age. These nectars with their elegant colour and strong nose are particularly racy on the palate, offering a gloriously long finish and a remarkable keeping potential.” La Chablisienne L’Homme Mort Chablis 2019 WAS $39 NOW $34.50 special, 30 bottles availableLe Guide Hachette “Pale gold in color, a limpid and brilliant wine. Initially fresh and deliciously floral on the nose, enhanced by a touch of minerality. Becomes more intense on aeration. Nicely fresh, taut and immediate in the mouth with fine precision. Long, finely mineral finish. A Chablis 1er Cru designed for keeping.”
Lanson Brut Champagne Pere& Fils NV 750ml WAS $49 $39 special, 32 bottles availableWinemaker Note “Lanson ‘Père & Fils’ Brut is a brand new, enriched evolution of the classic Lanson Black Label Brut, and is named after the first bottle of Champagne Lanson ever produced. Created as a tribute to the Lanson family , Champagne Lanson ‘Père & Fils’ is aged in the cellars for a minimum of 4 years to allow the wine to flourish and its aromas to develop perfectly. Blended using a selection of the best Champagne Crus from 10 different vintages, the result is a rich, elegant Champagne with a fresh finish. After 4 years of ageing, the ‘Père et Fils’ Cuvee unveils a magnificent bright golden colour, animated by tiny bubbles. The nose reveals aromas of ripe fruits, honey and spices. On the palate, this blend offers a complex, full and persistent impact with honeydew flavours.”

In 1996 the respected Bordeaux winemaker Stephan Asseo wanted to break out of a creative rut and moved his family to California. Now in Paso Robles, about as far west as he could possibly move he began mixing Bordeaux and Rhone varietals, aging wines in clay amphora as well as oak barrels, and many new adventures that strict French winemaking regulations had prevented in the past. His new project became a runaway hit with collectors and was quickly followed by accolades from top wine reviewers.

L’Aventure Estate Cuvee Paso Robles 2019 750ml $119 special, 20 bottles availableJeb Dunnuck 100 Points “Pure perfection from Paso Robles […] Incredible cassis and black berry fruits as well as violets, chocolate, graphite, and who knows what else emerges from the glass, and it hits the palate with full-bodied richness, a concentrated yet weightless mouthfeel, building tannins, and a great finish. It’s more seamless and approachable than the more backward, structured 2018 and will have two decades of prime drinking.” L’Aventure Estate Cuvee Paso Robles Red 2020 750ml $119 special, 12 bottles availableWine Advocate 99 Points “Deep ruby-purple, it has a pure core of cassis and slowly unfolding accents of licorice, cured meats, tobacco leaves, cedar and truffle. Full-bodied, juicy and alluring, it floods the mouth with layers of blue fruit, floral perfume and spice. It is supported by powdery tannins and boasts a tremendously long, detailed finish.” L’Aventure Cote A Cote Paso Robles Red 2020 750ml $109 special, 12 bottles availableWine Advocate 98 Points “The 2020 Côte a Côte is a beautiful blend of 45% Grenache, 30% Syrah and 25% Mourvèdre and one of the most successful wines I tasted from the challenging 2020 vintage. Deep ruby-purple, it offers pure aromas of blackcurrant, boysenberry, tar and pipe tobacco, continually unfolding with each return to the glass. The full-bodied palate offers wave after wave of perfumed fruit and tremendous spicy accents. It’s powerful yet harmoniously structured with powdery tannins and seamless acidity, and it offers a very long, detailed finish.”

Although the vines in this old Vinsobres estate were planted in the 1960’s, the viticultural history of the site dates back to Gallo-Roman times built upon limestone marl soils originating in the Pliocene era. Spread between 72 hectares it is also the site of three lieu dits: “Guerin,” “Les Cotes,” and “Les Crottes.” Louis Barruol, the 14th generation owner of the the winery Saint Cosme, was a long-time admirer of the finesse and elegance of Chateau de Rouanne’s wines, purchasing it in 2019 and has been crafting wines of undeniable power and terroir since. Vinsobres has been underrated wine region for decades, but with people like Barruol investing their money and know-how, it is finally beginning to get its due. Look for beauty and elegance in the “Guerin,” bold power in “Les Cotes,” and richness and intensity in the “Les Crottes.”

Chateau de Rouanne Vinsobres 2019 750ml $24 special, 36+ bottles available Jeb Dunnuck 90 points “Looking at the reds, the 2019 Vinsobres is unquestionably outstanding and has lots of Syrah character in its dark, meaty fruits, peppery herb, violet, and chalky mineral-like aromas and flavors. Medium-bodied, nicely textured, and balanced, it has plenty of structure and will keep for 8-10 years.”
Chateau de Rouanne Vinsobres “Les Cotes” 2019 750ml $59 special, 20 bottles available Wine Spectator 93 points “Winey and muscular, with cassis and bitter plum reduction notes leading the way, while baker’s chocolate, tobacco and warm humus fill in behind. Grippy and dark on the finish, with an old-school edge lingering. Syrah, Mourvèdre and Grenache. Best from 2023 through 2030. 350 cases made, 200 cases imported.”
Chateau de Rouanne Vinsobres “Les Crottes” 2019 750ml $69 special, 27 bottles available Wine Spectator 93 points “Rich and well-built, this offers up a serious dark core of black currant and plum reduction flavors supported by graphite, humus and cast iron notes, with sweet bay leaf, violet and tobacco notes filling in the background. A wine with a smoldering intensity. Grenache and Syrah. Best from 2023 through 2032. 350 cases made, 200 cases imported.” Jeb Dunnuck 91+ points “Lastly, the 2019 Rouanne Et Les Crottes is the same 70% Grenache and 30% Syrah, not destemmed, and brought up in demi-muids. It’s more straight, structured, and tannic, with lots of black fruits and chalky minerality. Fresh, focused, medium to full-bodied, and balanced, it needs 2-3 years of bottle age and will have 10-15 years of overall longevity.”
Chateau de Rouanne Vinsobres “Guerin” 2019 750ml $59 special, 27 bottles in stock now Jeb Dunnuck 92 points “The Grenache-dominated single vineyard 2019 Vinsobres Lieu-Dit Guerin is brilliant as well. Concentrated, medium to full-bodied, and opulent, it has lots of red and black fruits, plenty of peppery herbs and meaty nuances, terrific balance, and outstanding length. Von Winning Kieselberg Riesling Grosses Gewachs 2021 750ml $74.50 special, 6 bottles availableWine Advocate 93-95 Points “The 2021 Kieselberg Riesling trocken VDP. Grosse Lage comes from a plateau above Deidesheim with sandstone and limestone in the soil. Fermented spontaneously in 500-liter oak vats and still maturing in them, the barrel sample shows a clear, elegant and savory nose of bright and ripe fruit aromas intertwined with oaky and yeasty notes. Creamy textured and very elegant on the palate, this is a full-bodied, tight and saline-finishing Riesling with fine and grippy tannins and lingering salinity and mineral tension. It’s still very young but worthy to be cellared for at least a decade.” Von Winning Langenmorgen Grosses Gewachs 2021 750ml $74.50 special, 6 bottles availableWine Advocate 93-94 Points “The 2021 Langenmorgen Riesling trocken VDP. Grosse Lage is grown in a cool area up by the forest on a light sandstone soil. It fermented spontaneously in 500-liter oak barrels, in which the wine is aging until today. The nose shows a brilliantly clear, fresh and flinty, very elegant GG with herbal and soil-driven, flinty-scented intensity and the coolish aromas of slow-ripening Riesling. Very elegant and refined on the palate, this is a round, lush and salty-savory Riesling classic that reveals a long, tight, saline and finely grippy finish. As per the vintage, this is a rather lean, straightforward but tensioned Riesling that will show its class in the years to come. Von Winning Kalkofen Riesling Grosses Gewach 2021 750ml $74.50 special, 6 bottles availableWine Advocate 95-96 Points “The 2021 Kalkofen Riesling trocken VDP. Grosse Lage comes from the plateau above Deidesheim and owes its density and complexity to 65-year-old vines growing on sandstone and limestone. The must is fermented spontaneously in 500-liter oak barrels, and the wine is maturing on the lees. The brilliantly clear and radiant sample opens with a deep, intense and elegant, still oaky but complex and fruit-intense bouquet that gives rise to the highest hopes. Rich and intense but also fresh and elegant on the palate, this is a full-bodied, mineral and textured Kalkofen that obviously wants to be a Meursault or Montrachet yet with the weapons of Riesling and also Buntsandstein. Whatever it is, this is an excellent and promising Kalkofen whose development and capacity I’d love to follow for at least a decade. The wine is dense and tight but also fresh and juicy and provided with very fine tannins and sustainable mineral acidity.” Von Winning Grainhubel Riesling Grosses Gewach 2021 750ml $59 special, 6 bottles availableWine Advocate 94 Points “The 2021 Grainhübel Riesling trocken VDP. Grosse Lage comes from a south-facing slope with red sandstone and tertiary limestone in the soil. Fermented spontaneously in 500-liter oak barrels and aged in them to the present day, this barrel sample opens with a clear, elegant, very aromatic nose of tropical fruits intertwined with flinty tones as well as spicy oak notes. Round and elegant on the palate, this is a full-bodied, intense and fruity Riesling with very attractive lush fruit that is taken to a long and aromatic finish by stimulating saline acidity. The finish is tight, intense and provided with fine tannins. An excellent grand cru that will be released sometime next year.” Von Winning Ungeheuer Riesling Grosses Gewach 2021 750ml $74.50 special, 6 bottles availableWine Advocate 95-96 Points “Tasted as barrel sample in November of this year, von Winning’s 2021 Ungeheuer Riesling trocken VDP. Grosse Lage is deep, very fine and clear on the elegant and balanced saline nose that is nothing less than spectacular in its seamless and pure appearance. Round and lush on the palate, with a salty piquancy and a dense, still yeasty texture with very fine tannins, this is a generous and complex Riesling from the famous Forster Ungeheuer that has been appreciated from wine geeks such as Johann Wolfgang Goethe, Otto von Bismarck and Robert M. Parker Jr.” Von Winning Pechstein Riesling Grosses Gewach 2021 750ml $119 special, 6 bottles availableImporter’s Note: “The name of “Pechstein” stems from the black basalt rubble that is found there together with weathered red sandstone, sandy loam and friable clay. The extinct volcano, Pechsteinkopf, which is seen above the forest, distributed large quantities of volcanic rock over the area in ancient times. For this reason, the subsoil of the Pechstein also contains several basalt veins. The basalt rubble that contributes to easy warming of this site actually does not stem from the site’s subsoil, but rather from an old stone quarry just a couple hundred meters away. As was common in the 19th century, the basalt from the quarry was distributed in the vineyard and ploughed into the soil to improve it. The 17.1 hectare Pechstein is located at 120 to 150 meters a.s.l. and has a gentle 6 to 10 % slope gradient. The clay and loam in the Pechstein contribute to the excellent water storage capacity of the soil.” Molitor Zeltinger Sonnenuhr Auslese*** GK 2017 750ml $299 special, 12 bottles availableWine Advocate 100 Points “As always, Molitor’s 2017 Riesling Zeltinger Sonnenuhr Auslese *** (Golden Capsule) is one of the ripest and most concentrated Auslesen of the vintage. Incredibly clear and intense notes of ripe peaches and mangoes on the nonetheless delicate and fresh nose intertwine with noble slate, fine oak and nougat aromas. The wine is round and elegant on the palate, with stunning vivacious, filigreed acidity that gives it lightness, great finesse, lots of salt and tension and stimulating grip. This is still a baby, but in terms of complexity and finesse, it’s one of the finest wines Markus Molitor has produced in 2017. I cannot remember having tasted a three-starred Auslese from the Zeltinger Sonnenuhr that was so fresh, lean and filigreed. This 2017 Sonnenuhr is precise as a Swiss watch. Tasted at the domain in April 2019.” Molitor Zeltinger Sonnenhuhr Beerenauslese * 2017 750ml $399 special, 12 bottles availableWine Advocate 100 Points “The 2017 Riesling Zeltinger Sonnenuhr Beerenauslese * (Golden Capsule) is intense, fine and flinty on the highly precise nose with crunchy slate and grapefruit notes. Dense and concentrated on the palate, it has sweet but elegant and highly refined fruit intertwined with salty-finessed slate salinity and delicate acidity. This is a beautifully balanced BA from Molitor’s most important grand cru vineyard. Many readers might prefer its sweet and charming richness to the delicate finesse and crystallinity of the Würzgarten BA, which will be ready to drink sooner. But this Zeltinger Sonnenuhr in turn will gain even more finesse and drinkability over the years. Tasted at the domain in April 2019.” Molitor Zelt Sonnenuhr TBA GK 2019 750ml $499 special, 12 bottles available Molitor Zelt Sonnenuhr TBA GK 2019 375ml $249 special, 18 bottles availableWine Advocate 97 Points “The 2019 Zeltinger Sonnenuhr Trockenbeerenauslese is deep, intense and flinty on the nose that exhibits clear, ripe and concentrated fruit with very fine botrytis notes intertwined with aromas of crushed slate and candied lemon rind. Round and elegant on the seamless palate, this is a rich yet finessed and elegant, super tensioned and mineral TBA with electrifying acidity and a highly stimulating finish. There are not many TBAs around that are as digestible as this one, which is really extraordinary. 6.5% alcohol. Tasted in May 2021 (AP 29 20).” Keller Rieslaner Monsheimer Silberberg Riesling Beerenauslese Goldkapsel 2018 375ml $219 special, 6 half bottles available Vinopolnote “Rieslaner is a cross of Riesling and Sylanver. Rieslaner was bred for its potential for excellent botrytis concentration, which makes it an ideal Beerenauslese, but is also a specialty of Keller, who produces this wine in several styles.”
